Which signature Mille Crêpes and cakes are available for online pre-order?

Lady M® prides itself on creating the freshest and finest cakes—exquisite, high-quality confections handmade by our dedicated pastry chefs using the finest ingredients. Please click here for the full selection of our current products.

What is the shelf-life of cakes?

We do not add any preservatives to our products, so they are best consumed within 2 days of collection. Please note that our Strawberry and Kiwi products have a shelf life of only 1 day, and storage in a refrigerator within 1 hour of collection.

What cake sizes are available?

We offer two standard sizes, 6-inch and 9-inch, for most of our cakes, though a few selections are available in the 9-inch size only. A 2-tier option is also available for selected Mille Crêpes. Please visit here for more details.

Are there options for guests with severe food allergies or specific dietary requirements?

At Lady M, your health and safety are our top priorities. We highly recommend consulting with a medical specialist before indulging in our offerings. Please be aware that while our cakes are free of artificial preservatives and additives, they do contain gluten and dairy. Additionally, we handle a variety of ingredients in our kitchens, meaning traces of other allergens—such as milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame seeds—may be present. Lady M cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions resulting from the consumption of our products.

CUSTOMIZATION & BESPOKE REQUESTS

Do you provide bespoke cake customization or personalized designs?

We apologize but we do not provide the custom service. For our current cake options, please visit here to review.

Do you provide custom birthday messages?

Yes, we absolutely do! Every whole cake comes with a complimentary custom chocolate greeting plaque.

  • Length: Max 36 English capital characters OR 12 traditional Chinese characters (including spaces/symbols).
  • Restrictions: No emojis, text emoticons, special graphics, or inappropriate words.

Lady M Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to decline any customized message that does not align with our brand guidelines.

Can I purchase an additional chocolate greeting plaque?

Additional chocolate plaques are available for HK$10 each, orderable only on-site at our boutiques upon purchase or collection. On-site custom printing is strictly limited to English only (max 36 capital characters, including spaces). Emojis and special symbols are not supported.

ORDER MANAGEMENT & CANCELLATIONS

Am I able to modify order details, such as pickup date, boutique location, or greeting message, after payment?

Yes, you can. Please contact us by phone or email during office hours at least three working days prior to your scheduled pickup date.

Can the cake size or flavor be changed once the order has been processed?

No. Once payment has been successfully processed, the cake size and flavor cannot be altered.

What is the policy regarding order cancellations and refunds?

We apologize, but all orders are final, and we do not accept cancellations or offer refunds once an order is confirmed.

If I am unable to collect my cake on the scheduled date, can the boutique hold my order temporarily?

We can keep your cake for a maximum of one night following your chosen pickup date. Please note that cakes not collected after this one-night grace period will be disposed of, and no alternative pickup or refund can be arranged. Please also be aware that extended storage may affect the cake's freshness and texture.

DELIVERY & LOGISTICS

Do you offer cake delivery services?

Currently, we do not provide a direct delivery service for online boutique orders. We warmly encourage you to visit one of our beautiful boutiques to experience the collection in person. Please click here to find your nearest Lady M® boutique.

Do you provide thermal bag for collection, or are insulated bags available at the boutique?

We provide a complementary signature Lady M® paper bag along with an ice pack upon collection. To maintain the cake's optimal texture, please ensure it is placed in a refrigerator within one hour of collection.

SEVERE WEATHER WARNINGS ARRANGEMENT

Our pickup arrangements during severe weather are as follows:

Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning:

All boutiques will remain open and continue to provide cake pickup services, with the exception of our Quarry Bay Taikoo Place Boutique. For the Taikoo Place Boutique, normal service will resume within 2 hours after the signal is lowered or cancelled, provided the cancellation occurs at or before 12:00 PM.

Typhoon Signal No. 9 or No. 10:

All boutiques, except the Hong Kong International Airport Boutique, will be temporarily closed.

Alternative Arrangements:

Customers are welcome to contact our boutiques directly by phone to check real-time operational status. If you are unable to collect your cake on the following day due to weather conditions, please contact our customer hotline at +852 3956 1494 or email us at info@ladymhk.com during office hours to arrange an alternative pickup date.
